Preparing for College
There is more to getting ready for college than just learning the school song and buying mascot-decorated T-shirts. College test preparation begins with the academic courses you choose in high school, and continues through those often-dreaded standardized tests. However, with the right preparation, you can conquer even the most daunting college tests.
The General Education Development Test (GED) is administered to students who did not receive their high-school diploma and need to take an equivalency test. The GED consists of five tests. In order to pass the test, a student must score higher than forty percent of graduating high-school seniors nationwide. In some areas, additional tests are also required.
Discover strategies that will give you an edge on test day, beginning with what to do (and not do) the night before the big day. With our helpful checklists, you can focus on the test itself, and not on what you might forget to bring to the test site. Our test preparation secrets will put you in “the zone” on test day.
